3871 Series Solid-state Power Amplifier

SKU : 3871 Series Solid-state Power Amplifier

Product description

 Product Overview

The 3871 series solid state power amplifier has a maximum operating frequency of up to 170 GHz and can be divided into frequency bands to achieve power amplification of input signals within the corresponding operating frequency range. It features wide bandwidth, high gain, and high power, as well as functions such as adjustable gain, power stabilization, output power display, and remote control.

The 3871 series solid state power amplifier are composed of multiple amplifiers operating in different frequency bands. Among them, the 2GHz to 18GHz solid-state power amplifier and the 18GHz to 40GHz solid-state power amplifier are the latest ultra-wideband high-performance integrated devices launched by Ceyear Technology Co., Ltd. Developed using broadband high-power signal amplification and synthesis technology, this series of universal high-performance amplifiers can be used in the research and development, manufacturing, and maintenance support of communication equipment, and can also be widely applied in EMC testing, non-linear testing of high-power components, and many other fields. They are indispensable important instruments in broadband high-power test systems.

Function Introduction

The 3871 series solid state power amplifier front panel design is simple and clear, with user-friendly interface and simple and convenient operation, operating frequency up to 170GHz, can be divided into bands to achieve the corresponding operating frequency range of the input signal power amplification

Output Power Display

The front panel of the 3871 series solid state power amplifier is equipped with a liquid crystal display screen, which can display the output power of the amplifier in real time, and the output power can be selected in dBm or W as the display unit.

RF Input

The RF input connector is used to access the RF input signal of the solid-state power amplifier.

RF Output

The RF output connector is used to output the RF output signal of the solid-state power amplifier. Do not enable the working switch on the front panel before the RF output connector is connected to a high-power load.

Gain (Power) Adjustment

The front panel of the 3871 series solid state power amplifier is equipped with a gain (power) adjustment knob to adjust the gain or output power of the amplifier as required, while the maximum/minimum gain can be set with one click, and the gain state can be set.

Setup Guide

The front panel of the 3871 series solid state power amplifier is equipped with a setting wizard button, which can set the display frequency to the current working frequency by operating the navigation key, so as to realize the frequency response compensation function of the power display and make the power display more accurate.

Alarm Indication

The front panel of the 3871 series solid state power amplifier is equipped with mismatch alarm, overtemperature alarm and air cooling alarm, which can realize the alarm and protection function of the output port mismatch, the internal temperature of the amplifier is too high and the fan is not working normally.

Operating Switch

The operating switch button is used to control the standby and working states of the solid state power amplifier. After the power switch on the rear panel is turned on, the work switch on the front panel is in the standby state by default, and switches to the working state after pressing the button.

Internal steady amplitude/open loop switching

The front panel of the 3871 series solid state power amplifier is equipped with a setup wizard button, which can be set by operating the navigation key to switch the amplifier from the open loop state to the internal stable state.

Remote Control Interface

The 3871 series remote control interface is located on the rear panel of the instrument and can be remotely controlled via GPIB or LAN interface.

Power Switch

The power switch is located on the back panel of the instrument. After it is turned on, the instrument is connected to the power supply and is in standby working state.
