Ceyear 1466 analog signal generator supports high spectral purity output signal, SSB phase noise: -145dBc/Hz @10kHz offset at 1GHz carrier, -132dBc/Hz @10kHz offset at 10GHz carrier, Wideband noise: -161dBc/Hz @30MHz offset at 20GHz carrier, spurious <-80dBc at 10GHz carrier, harmonics <-55dBc. Ceyear 1466 analog signal generator frequency range covers 6kHz to 110GHz. Through integration with Ceyear 8240X analog signal source extender, frequency range can be expanded to 750GHz. It is an efficient tool for millimeter-wave 5G communication RF conformance testing .
